On March 4, 2024, several members of the LEGO community in Northern Virginia came together to launch a new club focused on showcasing the limitless creative potential of LEGO bricks through collaborative builds, group projects, and display events. The new club quickly grew through its Discord channel in preparations for the LEGO convention, BrickFair FXBG, held in Fredericksburg, Virginia March 7-10, 2024. 

Within the first day, the clubs Discord channel had gained nearly 70 members and had launched an Instagram account with its first post being published the same day. By the first day of BrickFair FXBG the club had established this website, printed identifying MOC (my own creation) signs for the convention, and developed a LUG specific token for members to recognize our favorite builds at the convention.

Building on the first week of success, the club planned and held its first event on March 16, 2024, meeting at the Potomac Mills LEGO Store and having dinner afterwards.
